We follow a detailed process from inception to final product by applying our far reaching experience in luxury and lifestyle design and out of the box thinking to provide the client with a bespoke solution to their given brief.
This process is broken down into the following stages:
STAGE 1: INCEPTION
The services provided in this stage will be focused on the client’s needs and functional requirements in terms of the spaces, budgetary constraints as well as the actual project programme to be implemented and abide by. The need for consultants and methods of contracting will also be reviewed during the initial stage.
STAGE 2: CONCEPT AND VIABILITY (CONCEPT DESIGN)
After some research and brain storming a conceptual proposal will be compiled with emphasis on the intended space provisions and proposed sustainable resources that may be implemented, pertaining specifically to the characteristics of the clients initial design idea and budgetary constraints.
STAGE 3: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
A design development programme and preliminary costing strategy will be reviewed with the client once confirmation has been received with regards to the complexity, parameters and development scope of the architectural design project. Masterworx will gather information pertaining to the resources, materials and construction methods during this stage of the design process.
STAGE 4: DOCUMENTATION AND PROCUREMENT
An extensive amount of construction, interior detailing and specifications are prepared and completed during this stage and involves reviewing the price and programmes with the relevant contractors and suppliers.
STAGE 5: CONSTRUCTION
Once the building contract has been signed and all the necessary documentation completed, the building works commence. During this process, Masterworx we will be on site ensuring that the project gets built according to the intended design and that the project is finished to our high-level of standard. This is when your dream design comes to life.
STAGE 6: CLOSE-OUT
Upon cessation of the building process and snags completed, a site hand-over will be done. During this stage we facilitate the process of supplying the client with all the necessary documentation and certificates.
